Sing Me Home 2020 recap video!

One year ago, we launched the Sing Me Home Festival.

We had been just days away from announcing our inaugural in-person festival that was to be held in October 2020 when the Covid-19 pandemic struck and the world shut down. We pivoted quickly and launched a five week online festival with hopes of honoring the dreams and intentions of our mission - An intergenerational cultural celebration emerging at the crossroads of music, social justice, and spirituality. Serving to restore and inspire the heart, mind, and soul.

We were overwhelmed and so deeply moved by the response as the Sing Me Home community grew.

In the midst of so much uncertainty, fear, anxiety, and grief in those early days of the pandemic, more than 40 musicians and speakers helped us discover new ways of being together, finding connection and joy, comfort and inspiration for the heavy times we all found ourselves in.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to our phenomenal team of volunteers, the many donors who supported our vision and allowed us to provide meaningful work for all of our artists, and to the wider community who have engaged our programming with open hearts.

We are excited to announce some new Sing Me Home programming tomorrow morning, Monday, April 5, as part of co-coordinator Seth Hendricks' livestream on our Facebook page that will wrap up our Monday Morning Meditations series. Join us at 9:30am ET.

Until then, enjoy this recap video of our 2020 programming.
